In solar radiation, 43% is heat, more than
90% of which spread of radiation in the form
of top-down and more than 80% spread from
the side, the sun in summer can heat the
temperature in greenhouses up to 70 ℃. Data
reported that outside shade screens' cooling
effect is seven times inside shade screen’.
For the solar radiation heat, the most
effective outside shade screen must have the
reflex function of the outer layer; aluminum
foil composite materials can reflect up to
80% of sunlight which is the most effective
barrier to block strong sunlight. Inner
layer is black film absorbing stratigraphic
heat which makes the temperature rising in
the greenhouse, so that we use top windows
to discharge the heat.
The UV stability of outside shade screen is
an essential indicator, in solar radiation,
there is 7% of ultraviolet radiation
(spectroscopy<0.4μm), but it is very
destructive to shading materials, so
products must be added a certain UV additive
to reach its service life. Different
latitude regions of the light intensity are
different, so the service life of products
is designed to be different from region to
region, and its corresponding UV additive
content of the ensuing changes.
